The [`cypress-tap`](https://on.cypress.io/ai-skills#cypress-tap?utm_medium=release-card&utm_source=cypress.io&utm_campaign=releases) skill instructs your AI agent on how to interact with a running `cypress open` session through the [`cypress tap`](https://on.cypress.io/cypress-tap-cli?utm_medium=release-card&utm_source=cypress.io&utm_campaign=releases) CLI to run specs, read reporter and Command Log output, diagnose failures, and inspect the app under test from the terminal. Use it when authoring or debugging tests against a live session, so your AI agent can verify its own work rather than reporting a bare pass or fail.
