What motivates you to be a Cypress Ambassador?
Engaging with the Cypress community energizes me. I look forward to connecting, sharing, and learning from a global network of professionals dedicated to improving testing practices and tools.
How do you currently help others that are either using Cypress or interested in using Cypress?
I share my Cypress expertise through writing articles and developing handy open-source plugins. Moreover, my focus is on solving real-world testing challenges, enhancing best practices, and facilitating easy adoption of Cypress for both new and experienced users.
What is your favorite Cypress feature?
There're many of them but I'd like to highlight Time Travel because it's a game changer.
What is your favorite "Cypress Best Practice" and why?
It's definitely Test Isolation. Because I truly believe that tests must always be run independently.
Outside of work, what are your favorite things to do (hobbies, passions, etc.)?
I'm really into open-source, so whenever I get some spare time, I work on building or improving my libraries to make someone's day-to-day job a bit easier. Despite being deeply immersed in tech, I have a great love for football.
What is one professional milestone you are proud of? (an accomplishment, celebration, recognition, etc.)
I'm really proud of developing several useful open-source plugins, including one that's been downloaded over 8 million times! It's even used by tech giants like Dropbox, Apache, OpenCV, and Metabase, as well as numerous government agencies. It's incredibly rewarding to see my work making such a significant impact.

Whether you're new or a seasoned user the best way to get started with Cypress is to dive into the official Cypress documentation, tutorials, articles, and Real World Testing course.
