Every candidate is important to us and deserves respect throughout the process. This means we show up to interviews on time, prepared, with sincerity and open-mindedness. We give feedback when we can and respond and communicate as much as possible.

Decision Frameworks

Our goal is NOT to sell you on a job, but rather give you the information and tools we have access to on our side, to help inform a decision. This relies heavily on the idea that you as the candidate must also understand what your priorities are—what matters most in your decision making—by creating your own decision framework.

A clear decision framework enables better career decisions. At Cypress, we guide you through this process so that you can identify what is most important in your next role.

Mutual Trust

We strive for open communication and feedback during the hiring process. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible on topics like who Cypress is as a company, where the business is going, what we are evaluating you on, what the industry environment is like, what resources we have access to, what stage we are at, etc. In exchange, we ask candidates to be thoughtful and honest about their background and experiences.
