15.18.0: Crash prevention and cross-browser reliability improvements

Repeated identical uncaught exceptions no longer exhaust memory and crash the browser renderer, they're now consolidated into a single command-log entry. This release also adds a removeSRIAttributes config option for apps with strict SRI policies, and resolves reliability issues across WebKit, Firefox, and IPv6 hosts.
