Extend Cypress CLI to be an agent-first Cypress App command to support agent interactions with Cypress open mode.
cypress tap gives your AI coding agent real-time access to a live cypress open session. Your agent can start and rerun specs, read failures and the Command Log the way you would, and inspect the DOM and accessibility tree. Debugging against the real app instead of guessing from source.
