Enhanced configuration settings for Slack and MS Teams

We would like to provide more options when configuring alerts that are sent to Slack or Microsoft Teams. This will allow us to better alert specific users when specific conditions are met. Types of new capabilities that should be investigated are:

• Customize what dynamic content is / isn't provided in the various messages. For example, UI Coverage or Accesibility, Tags, Branch data, etc...

• Allow the message to also be triggered by Run Group, not just Tags

• Microsoft Teams to support Tags and Run Groups, just like the Slack messages
