Self-managed SSO removal for organizations

We’ve added a new self-serve option that allows organization Owners to remove Single Sign-On (SSO) directly from the Cypress Cloud UI—no need to contact support. This gives teams more control and flexibility when managing authentication settings, especially during transitions between identity providers or changes in org-level access requirements.

With this update, you can now disable SSO at any time from your organization’s settings page. Once removed, users will be able to log in using their email and password credentials. This makes it easier to troubleshoot auth issues, onboard smaller teams, or temporarily simplify login workflows without friction.
