@cypress/puppeteer 1.0.0: Multi-tab testing out of beta

Getting @cypress/puppeteer out of beta. The plugin lets your tests work with the tabs and windows your app opens, which Cypress can't switch to on its own. Version 1.0.0 will move to puppeteer-core v24, which is tested against current Chrome releases and connects more reliably to the browser Cypress launched, and it requires Cypress 14.0.0 or later. The plugin's API is unchanged, but Puppeteer's breaking changes from v22 through v24, such as the removal of page.waitForTimeout(), can affect code in your message handlers. If you can't update them yet, stay on @cypress/puppeteer@0.
